Full-stack developer, ERP and accounting systems
Cebu, Philippines·jblogdonio@listgoph.com·0934 408 9935·dev.listgoph.com
Open to remote work (Philippines / international)

I'm a full-stack developer, and I've spent 4+ years building and maintaining ERP and accounting systems for the Philippine market. I work across the whole stack: Angular 19 on the front, and a C# Web API with Postgres/Supabase or SQL Server on the back. I write the money-path code myself. That means GL posting, AR/AP, inventory costing and BIR-compliant tax handling.

What I bring is the accounting side. I know double-entry bookkeeping and BIR rules well enough to design the data model and the reports, and not only the screens. So the books my software keeps are correct, they can be audited, and they hold up when someone inspects them.

Experience

Full-Stack Developer

Myvan Properties and Development Inc. · A Myvan Holdings Inc. company · Cebu / Mandaue City (remote)

I'm the sole/lead developer for the Myvan group's internal business systems. I do ERP and web work on two stacks, an older C# Web API + SQL Server platform and a newer Angular + Supabase one, and I also look after the group's marketing website.

Modern ERP: Angular 19 + Supabase (Postgres)

  • Built a multi-tenant accounting/ERP platform on Supabase (Postgres). Row-level security and custom JWT auth let users switch company and branch, while each tenant's data stays separate on shared infrastructure.
  • Wrote the money path (GL posting, AR/AP and tax logic) as Postgres RPCs, so every client that calls them gets the same, correct numbers.
  • Built the Angular 19 frontend with standalone components, signals and signal-based services on PrimeNG 19. It has dense dashboards and printable BIR and accounting reports.
  • Set up the BIR outputs (VAT, EWT, the OR vs SI distinction, books of accounts) so the records pass audit and inspection without rework.

Legacy ERP (Pilipinas Steel): C# Web API + SQL Server 2008

  • Maintained and extended a C# Web API (.NET) + SQL Server 2008 ERP covering Sales, Inventory, Procurement and Construction.
  • Wrote T-SQL stored procedures for GL posting, reconciliations and reporting. SQL 2008 has no OFFSET/FETCH, no STRING_SPLIT and no JSON, so I worked around all three.
  • Tuned slow queries and stored procedures on the tables behind the SO→DR→SI sales flow and inventory costing, which made reports and lookups faster.
  • Reconciled subsidiary ledgers to their control accounts so AR/AP and inventory balances are right at period close.

Other delivered work for the group

  • Designed and built a new modular ERP (C# Web API backend, Angular frontend) with Procurement, Inventory, Sales, Accounting and Treasury modules.
  • Added Bill of Materials (BOM) for construction project costing.
  • Maintained and improved the company's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system, and looked after internal databases for performance and security.
  • Built the Paylalo marketing website in WordPress. It's the group's public brand site.

Paylalo: Multi-tenant Accounting & ERP Suite

Sole developer (architecture, build and delivery) · 2022 to Present
Four glass tenant cells on one shared platform, each holding its own ledger stack, wired to a single database.

Paylalo is a set of Philippine accounting and ERP apps that all run on one shared Supabase (Postgres) backend. Several companies and branches share it while every row of their data stays isolated, and each business area is its own Angular 19 app with one login and one company list.

  • Tenant isolation lives in the database. Postgres row-level security and a custom JWT that carries the company/branch context mean that when you switch company, you only see that company's records.
  • I wrote the money path (GL posting, AR/AP and tax logic) as Postgres RPCs, so every client that calls them gets the same, correct double-entry result.
  • BIR rules were in from the start: VAT, withholding tax (EWT), the Official Receipt vs Sales Invoice distinction, and books of accounts.
  • There are fourteen Angular apps (Accounting, ERP back office, Supply Chain, Distribution, Cashiering, Credit & Collections, Cash Center, Fixed Assets, Manufacturing make-to-stock and make-to-order, Construction, Customer and Supplier portals, the Playlalo app store), two Flutter Android apps (Paylalo Go for drivers, Scan2Approve) and a desktop evidence tool. Each one has its own entry below.

Stack: Angular 19 (standalone components, signals), PrimeNG 19, Supabase, PostgreSQL (RLS, RPCs, triggers), Edge Functions, custom JWT auth, Flutter (Android)

Paylalo Accounting (GL)

Sole developer · 2022 to Present
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Accounting (GL): a dashboard window with a 3D ledger motif.

The accounting and general-ledger app, for accountants, controllers and treasury staff. It's the biggest app in the suite: 97 components and 72 lazy-loaded routes.

  • Chart of accounts, journal vouchers and the general ledger, with AR, AP and inventory subsidiary ledgers reconciled to their control accounts.
  • Trial balance and financial statements.
  • The payables documents (APV, CV, DS and PRF) all post through one GL spine.
  • For treasury there's a daily cash position (DCP) and bank reconciliation.

Stack: Angular 19, PrimeNG 19, Supabase, PostgreSQL RPCs

Paylalo ERP Back Office

Sole developer · 2022 to Present
Illustrated cover for Paylalo ERP Back Office: a dashboard window with a 3D building motif.

The admin app for IT admins and back-office staff. It holds the master data every other app depends on, plus the launcher that hands a signed-in session to each of them.

  • Companies and branches, users, roles and privileges, and the approval hierarchy.
  • Suppliers, customers, agents, affiliates, banks, credit terms, tax codes and units of measure are all maintained here.
  • Whole-database backups, an org-hierarchy viewer and an IT helpdesk.
  • This is where the mobile apps get published to the Playlalo store: upload the APK, update the version manifest, write the changelog.

Stack: Angular 19, PrimeNG 19, Supabase, custom JWT auth

Paylalo Supply Chain

Sole developer · 2022 to Present
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Supply Chain: a dashboard window with a 3D boxes motif.

The buying side, for purchasing staff, warehousemen, logistics dispatchers and material planners. It has 49 components across 23 lazy routes.

  • Procurement runs Purchase Request → Canvass → Purchase Order → Receiving, and importation is covered too.
  • Inventory and warehouse screens: receiving reports, transfers, adjustments, and items with bin cards.
  • Logistics gets warehouse and transport management, with trips.
  • PR approvals, material planning, and the items and suppliers masters.

Paylalo Cashiering

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Cashiering: a dashboard window with a 3D cash motif.

Cashiering, plus the customer AR screens that go with it. A server-side privilege family means only cashiers can issue receipts.

  • Collection receipts in invoice or advance mode, banked on deposit slips.
  • A daily collection and cashier remittance report.
  • The customer ledger shows AR and unapplied advances separately, and there's a printable statement of account with aging buckets.
  • You can apply a customer advance to open invoices. There's also a post-dated cheque register.

Paylalo Credit & Collections (CRECO)

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Credit & Collections (CRECO): a dashboard window with a 3D clock motif.

A credit and collections tool for a single operator, which I'm partway through redesigning as "CRECO". It has 14 components and 12 routed entry points.

  • It opens on the collections worklist.
  • Holds and disputes, credit terms and credit standing.
  • Promises to pay, accounts endorsed to a lawyer, and settled accounts.
  • I moved receipts and the PDC register out to the Cashiering app on purpose.

Paylalo Cash Center

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Cash Center: a dashboard window with a 3D safe motif.

Petty cash and payment requests, ported from a legacy petty-cash system onto the shared backend and reusing the existing APV → CV → GL spine. It's still mid-build.

  • A Payment Request Form (PRF) pays a known bill to a payee and goes to Accounting.
  • Subject For Liquidation (SFL) covers cash advances to employees, which are later liquidated against receipts and settled.
  • I added an error panel that stays on screen until you dismiss it. The rest of the apps copied it later.

The property, plant and equipment sub-ledger, for accountants and auditors. It's six routed screens on the shared family shell.

  • Asset register and asset categories.
  • A monthly depreciation run that posts to the general ledger.
  • Disposals.
  • Reports that tie the register back to the GL.

Illustrated cover for Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Stock): a dashboard window with a 3D gear motif.

Make-to-stock manufacturing on the shared backend. It uses the same privilege tree as Supply Chain.

  • Stocking orders and bills of materials.
  • Production orders and a shop-floor queue.
  • Work-in-process and the cost sheet.
  • Overhead absorption.

Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Order)

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Order): a dashboard window with a 3D gear motif.

Make-to-order manufacturing: production starts from an approved distribution sales order (a named customer with a promised date) instead of an internal stocking order, and everything after that reuses the make-to-stock code and database objects. It typechecks, but I haven't run it end-to-end yet.

  • Bills of materials and production orders.
  • The shop-floor queue and material issue.
  • WIP and the cost sheet, overhead absorption, and completion.

Illustrated cover for Paylalo Construction: a dashboard window with a 3D crane motif.

Construction project planning. I'm porting the legacy .NET Construction API and its Angular screens onto the family's stack.

Paylalo Customer Portal

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Customer Portal: a dashboard window with a 3D idcard motif.

A self-service portal for customers, outside the company. The only thing it shares with the internal apps is the Supabase endpoint: no shared code, no shared session, and its own registration and login through Edge Functions.

  • Customers register, log in, keep their contact details current and propose profile edits.
  • They can upload business documents.
  • They can read their own orders, deliveries, invoices, statement and ledger.

Paylalo Supplier Portal

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Supplier Portal: a dashboard window with a 3D idcard motif.

A self-service portal for suppliers, built the same way as the customer portal. Only the Supabase endpoint is shared with the internal apps.

  • Suppliers register, log in and keep their profile details current.
  • They upload documents.
  • They see their purchase orders, quote on canvasses and read their AP ledger.

Playlalo App Store

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Playlalo App Store: a dashboard window with a 3D store motif.

A public storefront, frontend only, that lists the company's published mobile apps so anyone can download the APK. I kept it tiny on purpose: three components and one real route.

  • It reads published apps live through a read-only anonymous client. Row-level security only exposes published rows, so the publishable key is safe to ship.
  • There are four honest states: loading, temporarily unavailable, nothing published yet, and the catalogue.
  • Publishing happens in the ERP back office. The store holds no backend.

Stack: Angular 19, PrimeNG 19, Supabase (anon, RLS)

Paylalo Go (Delivery App)

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Paylalo Go (Delivery App): a phone with a 3D pin motif.

A Flutter Android app for drivers and gate guards. It signs into the same backend as the web ERP and is distributed through the Playlalo store.

  • Drivers run a trip, scan and release a delivery, capture proof of delivery and mark deliveries done.
  • Updates come two ways, Dart-only patches and full-APK over-the-air updates, with an update prompt inside the app.
  • v1.0.12 is published and live in the store.

Scan2Approve

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Scan2Approve: a phone with a 3D qr motif.

A Flutter Android app: scan the QR printed on any company document, it loads the document, and the approver can approve, post or sign it. One server-side dispatcher handles documents from the Supply Chain, Distribution and Accounting apps.

  • One scanner works for every document type.
  • Approvers don't need to know which app owns a document.
  • v1.0.2 is published through the Playlalo store.

Stack: Flutter / Dart, Android, Supabase

Evidence Uploader

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Evidence Uploader: a desktop window with a 3D magnifier motif.

A desktop tool for attaching supporting documents to Payment Request Forms, with an AI check that runs locally and offline.

  • It uses the same login as the web apps and only writes to the Supabase project.
  • A local vision model (through Ollama) compares each document to the PRF and flags discrepancies and possible alteration.
  • What it finds goes onto the PRF's activity trail as reviewer-style remarks.

Stack: Python 3, Tkinter, Supabase, Ollama (local vision model)

Kumpli: Statutory Compliance Tracker

Sole developer · 2026
Illustrated cover for Kumpli: Statutory Compliance Tracker.

A statutory-compliance tracker in the Paylalo suite. It replaces the paper F-MPL-005 form with a digital register of BIR, SEC, LGU, BFP and other duties for each company and branch.

  • Each obligation has a risk level, an owner, a frequency and a due date. When proof is filed, the due date rolls forward one cycle on its own.
  • Upload the proof for a filing period through File Evidence and the obligation turns Compliant. Files are kept for 10 years or indefinitely, and there's a built-in PDF viewer.
  • A live health dashboard, a board of recurring deadlines, and a calendar coloured by risk that jumps to the highlighted register row.
  • A read-only evidence repository for audits, all under the shared Paylalo sign-in and company switcher.

Stack: Angular, ng-zorro (Ant Design), Supabase (Postgres RPC, Storage), Paylalo SSO

ListGOPH: Philippine Business Directory (Web App)

Sole developer (design, build, deployment and operations) · 2026 to Present
Illustrated cover for ListGOPH: Philippine Business Directory (Web App).

listgoph.com is a live business directory and local-commerce platform for the Philippines. It has about 9,000 listings across 170 categories, all pinned on an interactive map.

  • The Explore map plots every listing, with place search and Open Now badges worked out from business hours on the Manila clock. Every town and category gets its own canonical SEO page.
  • Owners can claim a listing and manage menus, room rates and counter bookings. Each listing has its own POS till (VAT-inclusive, centavo-safe) with sales, commission and profit reports, plus staff assignment and invites.
  • People get public profiles with follows and notifications, photo posts pinned on the map, team articles, contribution ladders and badges.
  • A product catalogue keyed on GTIN barcodes, with crowd-sourced shop prices, price history and shopper photos.
  • Behind the scenes there's a nightly business discovery run from OpenStreetMap, sitemaps and RSS feeds, search ranking and trending worked out in Python, Google Drive backups, analytics that count crawlers separately, and scheduled mail.

Stack: Laravel 12, PHP 8.3, MySQL/MariaDB, Blade, MapLibre GL, Python (ranking & data jobs), cPanel + cron

ListGOPH Mobile (Android App)

Sole developer · 2026 to Present
Illustrated cover for ListGOPH Mobile (Android App).

The Android app for listgoph.com, written in Flutter against a dedicated mobile API on the same Laravel backend.

  • Browse and search listings, open details and maps, and sign in with the same account as the website.
  • The barcode scanner works with the product catalogue: scan a packet, see the shops and prices on file, and add a price or a product.
  • It talks to about 31 of the server's 39 mobile endpoints. The POS till and staff face-clock screens are next, and their endpoints are already live on the server.

Stack: Flutter / Dart, Android, Laravel REST API (/api/mobile, Bearer tokens), mobile_scanner

Architects of the Grid: Online Card Battler

Solo developer (game design, full stack, art pipeline and live ops) · 2026 to Present
Illustrated cover for Architects of the Grid: Online Card Battler.

architectsofthegrid.com is a live online card game that I design, build, illustrate and run on my own. It's a deterministic 3x2 auto-battler: you draft a deck of faction cards and fight the house engine IRON-MIND or other players.

  • Real-time PvP with matchmaking and in-game chat over Laravel Reverb WebSockets. There are also bot matches, ranked play and Boss Raids.
  • Players collect card packs, per-copy foils and animated Living Art prints, trade at the Trading Post, and spend an in-game currency called Aetherium.
  • Charters are the guilds. They share a Furnace and compete in Charter Wars and on ladders. There's also a closed beta with invite codes and a beta score.
  • I render the card frames in Blender, along with trailers, tutorials and social posts, and there's a written world bible behind the factions.

Paylalo Apps

How the Paylalo apps fit together

Paylalo is a family of accounting and ERP apps I built for Philippine companies. They share one Supabase (Postgres) backend, one sign-in and one company list, and each business area gets its own focused app. This article is the map: what each app is for, how documents move between them, and where to find the full walkthrough of each one.

Illustrated cover for Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Stock): a dashboard window with a 3D gear motif.
Paylalo Apps

Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Stock)

Paylalo Manufacturing (Make-to-Stock) runs at stocking.paylalo.com. It's the factory side of the Paylalo suite, for a company that builds finished goods to keep on the shelf rather than to fill one customer's order. Planners, production staff, the floor crew and accounting all work in it.

Illustrated cover for Kumpli: Statutory Compliance Tracker.
Paylalo Apps

Kumpli Compliance

Kumpli ("Compliance Obligations Monitoring") is the app in the Paylalo suite that tracks a company's statutory obligations. Accounting and admin staff use it to list every BIR return, LGU permit, SEC filing and similar duty, name who's responsible, file proof when it's done, and let the app work out the next due date.
